OnlyWin Legal
Cookie Policy
This policy explains cookies, local browser storage and referral tracking that may be relevant when using OnlyWin or following a link away from the site.
Last updated: July 28, 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data that a website can ask a browser to store. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage and referral identifiers. They can be used for essential site functions, preferences, security, analytics or advertising depending on how a website is configured.
2. Current OnlyWin setup
The current OnlyWin front end is intentionally lightweight. It does not rely on third-party advertising pixels, social-media widgets, Google Fonts, external analytics libraries or CDN scripts to render the main pages.
Some interactive features can use temporary browser state while the page is open. If persistent preferences or analytics are introduced later, this policy should be updated and any consent mechanism required by applicable law should be added before those technologies are used.
3. Essential storage
Essential browser storage may be used where necessary to remember a user choice, maintain security or allow an interface feature to work. Essential storage should not be repurposed for unrelated advertising without an appropriate legal basis or consent where required.
4. Analytics
No third-party analytics package is required by the current website code. If traffic analytics are added later, the tools, data collected, retention and available opt-out choices should be described here before deployment.
5. Affiliate and outbound links
Promotional links may use a referral path or identifier so a destination service can attribute a qualifying action to OnlyWin. After you leave this website, the destination service can place its own cookies or use other tracking technologies under its own policies.
OnlyWin does not control cookies placed by a separate website after you have navigated away. Review the destination's privacy and cookie information before creating an account or providing personal information.
6. Managing cookies
Most modern browsers allow you to view, delete or block cookies and site storage. You can usually manage these controls in the browser's privacy or site-data settings. Blocking all storage can prevent some essential website features from working correctly.
7. Do Not Track and browser privacy controls
Browser privacy signals are not implemented consistently across all websites and services. OnlyWin should avoid claiming support for a specific signal unless the production environment has been configured and tested to honour it.
8. Changes to this policy
This Cookie Policy may be updated if analytics, consent management, personalization, advertising or other browser-storage features are added. The latest version will be published on this page.
